How exactly does a Pub Quiz or Bar Trivia Night work?

Patrons gather at your venue on a set night at a set time. A host reads out questions in six rounds of ten questions. The patrons answer the questions in teams, writing their answers in the booklet provided. Scores are update after each round. At the end of the six rounds, points are tallied, prizes awarded (usually bar tabs) and fun ensues

Do I need any special equipment?

Our packs are designed to be used at a hosted event. Everything required to run the night can be downloaded from our site. The questions are read-out by the host and the answers written in an answer booklet by the teams. The quiz comes in Powerpoint format that can be played on inhouse TV's but is not mandatory to use. Many people burn the powerpoint to DVD to play through a normal DVD player. Instructions on how to use the $99 software to do this are in the Members area. As your night gets better you will need a sound system to save the Emcee's voice.

Can we put the questions up on our TV's?

We supply quiz packs to be used at hosted events and this includes the questions in Powerpoint format. These can be played through your TV's via a computer or the Powerpoint can be burnt to DVD using some simple software. The DVD can then be played through your TV's using a DVD player.

We don't run our trivia quiz all year round. How hard is it to cancel?

You have complete control over your membership. You can upgrade or cancel anytime online in the Your Account area. Re-joining is easy too. If you use the same email address, you are not required to fill in all the form again.

I've cancelled, but I can still login.

When you cancel you are just stopping the automatic renewal. You have prepaid for the 4 weeks, so no matter when you cancel, you will still have full access to the site until your next renewal date, after which your membership will automatically stop.

Why can't I download the quiz in the A or C areas?

So that venues in any given area don't have the same quiz packs we produce up to six packs per week. Each venue is given access to one of the six download areas.

I bought a quiz and received the receipt but not the download instructions.

The receipt and download instructions are sent separately. However, if one is sent the other is sent. If you receive the payment receipt and not the instructions, check your spam or social folders.
